Important: If, upon receiving the cargo from the Transport Company, you find damaged packaging or a discrepancy in the seal numbers, DO NOT ACCEPT the cargo until the circumstances are clarified (do not sign the TC documents). File a claim with the transport company employees.

Insurance, sealing and rigid packaging are issued at the request of the Customer, paid by the Customer upon receipt of the cargo. We are not responsible for the actions of transport companies and Russian Post (delays in shipment, loss or damage to cargo).
